(More customer reviews)I had high hopes for this scale as it promises to give you a lot of information and to keep track of your weight. Unfortunately, it breaks all its promises. First of all, it's difficult to turn the scale on. Most scales you can tap a button or just step on, but this one you have to lift it off the floor and then place it back down on the ground. Also, even though I've set up the personalization and followed the instructions it never seems to remember me or track my weight. But worst of all, it is sometimes inaccurate by up to 10 pounds depending on where your feet are placed on the scale. I always make sure the scale is on a hard, level surface but if you put your feet too close together or too far apart you can get a grossly inaccurate measurement. I would suggest going with a cheaper, more accurate scale with less bells and whistles (or if you opt for bells and whistles get ones that actually work).
