(More customer reviews)I received this product as a gift as I wouldn't have been in the market for one since I already had a BF% scale from Costco in my bathroom. I was hesitant to open it and give it a shot (since, I reasoned, it being unopen would make it easier for an exchange). Anyways, I overcame the hesitance when I saw some of the functionality of this scale including muscle and bone mass, which my existing scale didn't have. Not only that, the scale recorded details to a much greater level of detail (i.e. you input your height to the tenth of an inch as opposed to an inch). Anyways, thought this scale was a wonder to use and the instructions were clear. It appears the last reviewer did not receive the same instruction booklet I did and that can make or break the product. So check for that first and if you don't have it, contact the American distributor for this product (since it's a French based company).
