(More customer reviews)I guess some people have better luck then others or maybe a better FedEx driver,ours arrived in working order. My wife purchased this online because of the Bamboo construction and the overall "Natural" look. We love our scale and so far have had no problems with accuracy or the way it works. We have had Taylor scales in the past and have had no problems. This one goes into the new work-out room in the extra room. We look forward to using this for many years to come. Being in the Northwest we appreciate the fact that it is made out of a natural material and the body is recyclable.
