(More customer reviews)We purchased this particular scale a few months ago, but now all we get is a "err" whenever we step on the scales. We have changed the batteries. It was only used 2 times and it is very disappointing not to know where to go for help. Since Target no longer will except returns. I don't have the receipt any longer and now feel as though we got a lemon.
