(More customer reviews)Just so you know, there is no way you're ever going to get a state inspection sticker on one of these so it'll be legal for trade. It's simply not going to happen. Trust me, I tried and I'm relentless.
HOWEVER. They are very accurate. I've had my first one for about seven years and it's still spot on. Never been re-calibrated. I used it every day for most of those seven years. I still carry it in my brief case when I'm out and about unloading or picking up scrap.
For the price, you're not going to beat this scale. I think it's tough, though it's only been dropped once and the next thing that dropped was a mushroom cloud. So it's no longer touched by anyone but me.
This same brand makes larger desk top scales that can get a state sticker and they're the only one I'll go with for weighing precious metals. They last forever!
