(More customer reviews)I bought this scale at Bed Bath & Beyond. I could't enter any of the user settings because the arrow keys didn't seem to work. I returned it and together with the customer service rep we opened and tried 3 more scales at the store. All had the same problem. Reading through the manual we did everything right but couldn't change the pre-set height, age etc. settings. Either there is a design flaw or there is a trick to get this to work that they don't disclose in their manual.
