(More customer reviews)Even though I thought this was a little expensive for +$70, I bought this scale for my father. My dads vision has really declined over the last two years, and the Newline Talking Scale we bought for him a while back was junk.
The accuracy on this scale was nearly spot on to the last two DRs visits dad had, & the talking feature provides a very clear voice - clear enough that when I stepped on it with my eyes closed I could understand the weight reading. It has a nice Blue Bar that lights up near the top of the unit that my dad says he uses when he is stepping on it. Unlike other talking scales out there, this one is quite an attractive unit. The Silver "Border" gives it a unique and very nice appearance.
I really think you get what you pay for - and this one was worth the extra $ we paid for the 1) Voice & 2) Accuracy we needed for dad.
