(More customer reviews)I bought this scale used off of Craigslist after reading the poor reviews on the next model up (BFM884) which is a beautiful scale with the indigo blue lighting and awesome features by the way. After programming my info which included, my height and age- the scale did the rest by weighing me and measuring my body fat percentage along with telling me how much water was present inside me.
I also like another reviewer did these tests 3-5 times to see if i got the same readings and yes, it was consistant without fluctuations. I believe there is a chart that explains all the stats for any given weight so i was shocked to find my BF% really high along with a relatively low hydration level. Whats good is that you can judge how much you SHOULD be drinking daily and make adjustments....after all, if you're trying to lose weight, the hydration level is very, very critical to reduction.
