(More customer reviews)When I ordered it, I was warned by loved ones that I should prepare myself for a cheap, poorly made, sounds good "product idea". WRONG!! It is a 1st rate, top quality scale that does everything perfectly as it was advertised. It's uses are way more than the word "diabetic", in the product name, implies. If you have any, some or all of the following in that you: are very overweight; have trouble seeing small LCD numbers; have big feet; have a big beer belly; have "range of motion" problems with your knees; ankle flexibility problems; are a pre-diabetic; then you need this scale. If you have a combination of any problems I just listed, you know you haven't seen the bottom of your feet in a very long time. You know too, that you can't even see if they are really clean without a struggle or asking someone to help you. From time to time, you may have also felt, but could not see, if you have a cut, a bruise, or a small sharp foreign object in the soles of your feet. This includes things like splinters of glass, tiny screws from electronic products, small pins etc. The lighted magnified mirrors below the glass where you stand, lets you effortlessly see the bottom of your feet like never before. It is like a mystery solved. Also, have very big feet like me? Unlike before, when I weighed myself on regular scales and my feet hung over the sides of the scale, and I was made to guess how much of me really wasn't being weighed, now my entire feet fit perfectly on the glass. Everyone knows how happy I am with this scale; so now, everyone wants to use it... everyday. So I tell 'em, " 25 cents please"! I figure I'll have it paid for in no time.
