(More customer reviews)I purchased this item on June 3, and it arrived within a few days. I've used it once a week (so twice) since I received it. I stepped on it today for my weekly weigh in- and it's giving me an error. I store it on a shelf, flat like it would be on the floor. I've taken the battery out and put it back in. I've tried a new battery. Nothing has worked. I've waited for it to calibrate by just tapping on it and then waiting before stepping on as per the instructions- still nothing. The only other reason it gives for the E is that the 300lb weight limit has been exceeded. I weigh nowhere near 300 lbs.
