(More customer reviews)I purchased this with some reservations. Other scales with a computer interface cost considerably more. Could this one be any good? I am pleased to say that the answer is yes. While it was a little awkward to figure out at first, and I thought maybe I had a lemon, the problem was one of operator error (if you want to use the advanced features, you have to select the user first). The weight is within a couple of ounces of my balance beam "doctor's office" scale, and the software seems to work fine under Windows 7 running on a Mac with Parallels. All and all, I am pleased with this purchase.
